About the role

In the position of Digital Marketing Manager, your contribution will be pivotal in driving our marketing efforts to the next level.

At 2Performant, your responsibilities encompass crafting and executing strategies aimed at strengthening our position as the premier market leader in affiliate marketing. Your focus will be on increasing engagement on the platform, generating new leads, and taking an active role as a 2Performant brand advocate and ambassador. Your success in this key role requires strong business acumen, excellent skills, and plenty of experience communicating and managing multiple stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operations (Business Development and Client Service) and Finance departments to ensure all marketing activities position 2Performant as a leader in affiliate marketing in Romania, driving lead generation and platform engagement;
  • Supervise end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, encompassing planning, concept development, implementation, and distribution, spanning online and offline channels like digital, social media, and events;
  • Assess and analyze campaign efficacy, extracting insights, and providing data-based recommendations for enhancements by analyzing data from both our network and GA4;
  • Employ various software, tools, and resources to automate, monitor, and gauge marketing initiatives, aiming for optimal performance and ROI;
  • Lead social media marketing efforts, including content creation and community engagement;
  • Manage relationships with external partners (digital marketing agency, PR and event organizers) to enhance marketing projects execution and delivery.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, agency or client-side roles.
  • Experience in Customer Acquisition, Business Development, Strategy and Project Management.

Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing campaigns and how they are developed.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics with a data-driven approach.

Achievements (BONUS)

  • Proven track record of lead generation and increased user engagement.

Cross-functional Skills:

  • Experience collaborating with Operations, Creatives, Product Development, Business Intelligence, and Finance.

Language Skills:

  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Romania (upper intermediate level).

Mid-Level Account Manager - Affiliate Marketing

We are looking for a Mid-Level Account Manager for our Affiliate Success Team, who will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our affiliate partners and through this, drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, serving as their main point of contact for any inquiries.
  • Provide training and business support to affiliate partners to enhance their understanding of the platform and proactively help them identify opportunities for growth – one on one and also one to many.
  • Strategize, plan, and initiate actions to achieve quarterly goals and drive business growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing partners’ results.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing affiliate performance, campaign metrics, and revenue generated, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure affiliate partners adhere to platform guidelines, industry regulations, and legal requirements, conducting periodic audits to identify any potential violations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate marketing strategies to inform campaign optimizations and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the operational team to align strategies, troubleshoot issues, and drive overall company goals.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Ideally, you are a digital native
  • Bachelor’s degree would be a plus (especially if it’s in marketing or a related field), but not mandatory
  • Related work experience
  • Good understanding of the digital marketing environment
  • Nice to have: understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and platforms or a strong desire and ability to learn fast
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Romanian and English languages
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, CRM systems, project management software

Digital Account Manager (Client Service)

We are looking for an Account Manager in our client Service Department to take over the management of an entire advertiser portfolio. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for the allocated accounts, implementing affiliate strategies to continuously develop and optimize your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and maintain relationships with your portfolio clients.
  • Monitor and analyse business indicators and implement the necessary actions to achieve quarterly objectives.
  • Act as a consultant for clients and identify opportunities to grow their affiliate programs.
  • Track the activity of advertisers and analyse the categories and advertisers that have the potential to increase or decrease. Identify new solutions, opportunities, recommendations, or strategies for your portfolio clients.
  • Collaborate with teammates, managers, and other departments to improve the performance of portfolio advertisers.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with advertisers, affiliates, and internal teams via email, phone, and face-to-face.
  • Manage and moderate efficient and timely operational problems and support tickets that impact the performance of advertisers.
  • Negotiate with our clients’ various aspects related to budgets, services, and collaboration options and you will aim to maintain the partnership in productive terms for affiliates, advertisers, and 2Performant.
  • Monitor the affiliate programs in your portfolio to comply with the terms and conditions of the platform.
  • Train, guide, and support customers to use the 2Performant platform.
  • Collect feedback about the product that you further communicate on the appropriate channels to the Product Owner.

The Account Manager Reports to the Client Service Director or project coordinator, when he is part of a project team. He/ She also collaborates with any of the project teams within the company when requested.
