Scope:
Integrates, serves and retain advertisers and affiliates in 2Leva Network by using the best tools and by implementing efficiently 2Leva politics.
Main Responsibilities:
> Main contact point with both advertisers and affiliates
> Legal and accounting relationship with both affiliates and advertisers:
- Contract, annexes
- Invoicing / collection
> Legal and accounting support
> Responsibilities related to advertisers:
- Integration – tracking code, products feed, banners, description, activation
- Customer service for advertisers and affiliates
- Develop growth, loyalty and retention programs for advertisers
- Reporting
> Responsibilities related to affiliates:
- Affiliates acquisition
- Affiliate support
- Loyalty and retention programs foraffiliates
- Incentive programs for affiliates
- Responsible for growing the total amount of affiliate commissions, total number of affiliates, total number of active and certified affiliates
> Technical support for main platform functionalities
> Feedback collection related to the platform and communication to the product manager
Competences. Skills. Abilities.
- Proficiency in Bulgarian language
- Medium in English language
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Data analysis skills
- Good understanding of online marketing and online promotional tools
- Basic technical knowledge: cookies, online tracking, html
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Office, Powerpoint)
